Jessica Pitts is an Environmental Scientist at Riverbend Environmental Inc. She began her careerin the environmental consulting field in 2017 when she worked as a third-party NPDES inspector for five years. Jessica then became an enforcement officer for the City of Conyers where she worked with Planning and Inspection Services assisting with plan review and enforcing all NPDES Regulations.

She also assisted the City of Conyers MS4 Manager with MS4 inspections and reports. With Riverbend Environmental her responsibilities include NPDES storm water compliance monitoring, erosion control consulting, assisting in Phase Iand Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, assisting with stream classification determinations and wetland delineations, and MS4. Mrs. Pitts has completed certifications for: GASWCC Level 1A, Level 1B, and Level 2 Soil andErosion/CertifiedPlanReview. She resides in Newborn,Georgia and enjoys spending time with family, thrifting, and doing home projects/improvements in her spare time.
